The cleaning swabs can be used when print anomalies appear on cards, to remove visible deposits from the print head. It is important to never use an object to scrape deposits from the print head, as it may permanently damage it.

Cleanmo recommends cleaning the card printer every 1,000 cards and replacing the cleaning roller of the cleaning cartridge every 1,000 cards if used daily. If the printer is used periodically, replace the cleaning roller at least every four months.
